The HC seats in the middle of sections 128 and 102 have no added elevation from the row in front. If people stand, you will not see the stage. Other HC areas are above the top row of the 100s sections, and there is ample elevation. There is a glass partition but the top of it is only 27″ from the floor. These HC areas are separated from other sections and provide unobstructed views.
