Overall – Disappointing effort from venue. Lack of preparation. There was no ADA bathroom, no help getting in and out of bathroom and no staff support. There should have been ADA bathrooms.
An ADA person should have a designated area and it should be known by the staff. It should be elevated and accessible.
View – Section not elevated properly. those sitting likely to view blocked.
Sound – Good center location, not too loud
Support It took the venue staff a full day to get the ADA area organized. Lack of preparation as the first day there was nowhere for ADA seating. Venue had no regular area.
