Recently remodeled venue, formerly the Hard Rock Hotel and venue. 4500 capacity. Several tiers to provide some elevation for improved viewing when floor is GA. HC areas in several locations, including the platform on the floor as was true when it was the Hard Rock.
Staff is mostly helpful with a couple of exceptions. Find another staff person if you have difficulties.
